• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Sales Management Proficient in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
• Customer Service Excellence Expert in delivering top-notch customer service.
• Inventory Management Skilled in managing inventory and stock levels.
• Leadership Proficient in leading and motivating a retail team.
• Problem-solving Skilled in resolving conflicts and issues effectively.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Retail Management Certification
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Intermediate)

• Experience with e-commerce platforms: Familiarity with managing online retail operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems: Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
