Job Description

As a Loan Interviewer, you will be a key player in our team, responsible for ensuring that loan closings are executed smoothly and accurately. You will collaborate with customers and the lending team to facilitate the collection of necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

• Verify all closing documents for correctness and compliance with lending standards.
• Collaborate with the loan processing team to streamline operations.
• Engage with clients to provide updates on loan statuses.
• Ensure that all conditions for loan disbursement are met before closing.
• Manage multiple loan files simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Utilize document management software to track loan documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the loan processing department.

Requirements

Education

• Preference for certifications in banking or finance

Experience

• Experience in mortgage loans is highly advantageous
