We are seeking a qualified Financial Planner to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in investment banking, delivering personalized financial solutions to diverse clients. You will be at the forefront of strategic financial planning, performing in-depth market analysis and advising clients on their investment portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Engage in detailed financial planning and analysis to drive client success.
• Identify investment opportunities based on client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Manage client relationships and build a network of referrals.
• Stay abreast of financial legislation and market developments.
• Deliver comprehensive presentations to clients on investment performance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Implement new financial planning technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in a financial services role with a focus on planning

• Market Research

Certifications

• Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
• Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)
