As a Bookkeeper at Financial Solutions Ltd., you will play a key role in maintaining our financial health. Your duties will include managing day-to-day bookkeeping functions, preparing financial statements, and supporting budget preparation. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary information.
• Manage payroll and understand related regulations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting activities.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and clients regarding billing.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

Technical Skills

• Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Microsoft Excel

Certifications

• Certified Bookkeeper (ICB)
• SAGE Accredited Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
