Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training and development, including managerial experience

• Training Needs Analysis
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages
