Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment process for all departments.
• Act as a mediator for employee relations issues, promoting a positive environment.
• Facilitate the performance appraisal process and support employee growth.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and inform HR strategies.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
• Advocate for compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
• Postgraduate qualification in HR is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
