Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates for various positions within our organization. This involves creating compelling job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will also collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and propose recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates. We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with leadership to understand talent needs and align recruiting efforts.
• Create and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Master's degree in Business Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on client-facing roles
