As a Financial Analyst at Financial Solutions Group, you will be integral to our finance team. You will conduct analyses of financial performance, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and help in strategic planning for our firm. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze historical financial performance and assist in strategic planning.
• Prepare detailed variance analysis reports for review.
• Support accounting in monthly reconciliations and reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits.
• Provide financial training and guidance to junior staff.
• Assist in the integration of financial software solutions.
• Coordinate budgeting processes with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics
• MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in a corporate finance or financial analysis role

Technical Skills

• Financial Software (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
