Job Description

In the role of Project Manager, you will be tasked with coordinating project teams and resources. Your expertise will be crucial in driving project success, ensuring risks are managed and stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Monitor and report on project financial performance.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and tasks.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Liaise with senior management for project approvals and escalations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Management or related field is a plus
• PMP or similar project management certification is mandatory

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects

Certifications

• PMI-ACP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic
