Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Public Administrator with a passion for community service and project management. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement policies that address community needs and improve public services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate departmental performance against policies.
  • Prepare regular reports for the City Manager on project outcomes.
  • Engage with citizens to foster positive relationships and resolve issues.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for staff and community volunteers.
  • Ensure transparency and accessibility of public information.
  • Advise on legislative matters affecting public administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • Postgraduate studies in Public Administration or Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in public sector roles
