Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to manage clinical trials efficiently. Responsibilities will include coordinating patient recruitment, data management, and communication between various stakeholders to ensure trial success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage clinical trial activities to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct outreach for patient recruitment and retention.
• Serve as the primary contact for study participants and provide necessary education.
• Compile and maintain study-related documentation in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Evaluate site performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Report adverse events and actions taken in a timely manner.
• Train and supervise junior staff and interns involved in research projects.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and results.
• Liaise with the finance department regarding budget planning and expenses.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• Master's degree in Clinical Research is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research coordination
