• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on engineering best practices.
• Attend industry conferences to stay current with engineering trends and technologies.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on new engineering processes or technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the engineering field
