Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Policy Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity policies across our organization. Your role will involve analyzing the current security posture, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading training initiatives to bolster our security culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update cybersecurity policies regularly in line with best practices.
• Conduct regular security audits and develop reports for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on security-related projects and initiatives.
• Facilitate security training and awareness for all employees.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and frameworks.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate cybersecurity measures.
• Participate in the development and testing of incident response strategies.
• Research and assess cybersecurity tools and technologies for effectiveness.
• Communicate security risks and strategies clearly and effectively.
• Mentor junior staff in security practices and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Master's in Cyber Security or Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in policy management within cybersecurity
