Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Innovative Designs Ltd., you will focus on delivering high-quality digital experiences. You will research user needs, develop wireframes and prototypes, and work alongside our development team to implement your designs. Responsibilities

• Analyze user feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Document design processes and maintain design files for reference.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for approval.
• Mentor junior designers and assist with their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar
• Master's degree in Design is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing your work

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Certified Usability Analyst

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Accessibility Design: Knowledge of designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices and collaboration tools.
