Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator at Leading Logistics Solutions, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all logistics operations within our Durban branch. Your role will involve working closely with suppliers, managing shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate should have a proactive approach and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations.
• Ensure that all logistics activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Evaluate logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the accounts department to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Provide exemplary customer service and support to clients.
• Create detailed reports on logistics activities for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Further qualifications in Logistics are beneficial

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics

• ERP Systems
• Data Analysis Tools

Certifications

• Logistics Management Certification
• Certified Supply Chain Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
