Job Description

We are on the hunt for a seasoned Logistics Manager to lead our operations in Cape Town. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating logistics processes and optimizing our supply chain strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Direct logistics processes for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and control logistics costs effectively.
  • Identify and implement best practices to optimize logistics operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for logistics issues and inquiries.
  • Continuously assess and improve logistics systems and technology.
  • Develop contingency plans to handle logistics disruptions.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications are preferred

  • 5+ years in a logistics or supply chain role with leadership experience
