The Booking Supervisor will oversee the booking process for our esteemed travel agency. This role involves managing a dynamic team of booking agents while ensuring a seamless and efficient booking experience for clients.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire booking process from initiation to completion.
Lead team meetings to discuss challenges, successes, and potential improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Engage in problem-solving to address booking challenges effectively.
Implement feedback from clients to refine the booking experience.
Contribute to the design of training material for new agents.
Assist in budgeting for departmental resources and training programs.
Encourage a collaborative team environment through effective communication.
Utilize booking systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Education
Matric certificate
Degree or diploma in Tourism Management or related field is preferred
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in the travel industry; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
