Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion.

• Produce high-quality design work under tight deadlines.
• Work closely with marketing to create promotional materials.
• Train and mentor junior designers when necessary.
• Continuously seek ways to improve design processes and workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts
• Additional certifications in design software preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on design experience
