Responsibilities

• Draft structural designs for residential and commercial buildings.
• Work closely with the architecture team to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Conduct structural analysis to assess feasibility and safety.
• Prepare material specifications and quantities for project estimates.
• Document project changes and maintain updated design files.
• Assist in developing project schedules and timelines.
• Prepare presentations and visual aids for project proposals.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance drafting skills and software proficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Bachelor's degree is highly advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of progressive experience in structural drafting

• CAD Software

Certifications

Languages
