We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our innovative design team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure of interaction between the user and our digital products.

Responsibilities

• Produce professional documentation for design specifications.
• Review and evaluate competitive products to enhance our offerings.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on design work.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to integrate feedback.
• Create guidelines and best practices for UX design within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a relevant field
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles

• HTML/CSS
• Usability Testing

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• UX Design Professional Certificate
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
