As a Data Scientist in our Pretoria office, you will play a key role in analysing large data sets and transforming them into meaningful insights that inform business strategies. By applying your expertise in data mining and statistical analysis, you will help us optimize decision-making processes across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency.
• Analyze complex data sets to inform executive decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Regularly present analytical findings to different teams for further action.
• Continuously test and validate models to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics)
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science
