Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' health and needs through assessments and functional evaluations.
  • Team up with multidisciplinary teams to address patient healthcare needs.
  • Drive the implementation of therapeutic interventions aimed at patient recovery.
  • Educate and engage patients in their treatment journey.
  • Document patient progress and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
  • Attending regular team meetings to enhance collaboration and care strategies.
  • Participate in health fairs and community outreach to educate the public.
  • Foster relationships with patients to support their emotional and mental well-being.
  • Continuous learning through training programs to keep abreast of best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Allied Health or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
