Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to enhance our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design principles with a focus on user experience. You'll be creating intuitive interfaces that elevate user engagement and satisfaction across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives from concept through to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Produce visual designs that are visually appealing and meet the needs of our users.
• Work closely with development teams to implement designs and ensure usability.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Analyze and report on key design metrics to assess user satisfaction.
• Facilitate design workshops and presentations to share concepts with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in UX/UI design is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
