Job Description

As a Bartender Manager at Culinary Creations, you will lead a team of skilled bartenders, ensuring top-notch customer service while managing the bar operations effectively. You will be responsible for inventory control, staff training, and maintaining high standards of beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Train and mentor bartenders in mixology and customer service.
  • Control inventory and manage costs effectively.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to motivate and align the team.
  • Ensure bar equipment is well-maintained and functional.
  • Evaluate and implement relevant menu changes based on seasonal trends.
  • Work with suppliers to source quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor staff compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Assist with marketing efforts for bar promotions and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous)
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in bartending, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
