Pilot Instructor

Job Description

The Pilot Instructor is responsible for providing exceptional flight training to both new and existing pilots. This role includes conducting evaluations and ensuring that all pilots meet the necessary competency standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough flight training sessions tailored to various skill levels.
• Create and update training materials in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor student progress and provide periodic assessments.
• Ensure safety compliance during all flight operations.
• Participate in training effectiveness evaluations.
• Collaborate with other instructors to enhance training methodologies.
• Address students' queries and provide support throughout their training.
• Facilitate flight reviews and evaluations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to maintain high instructional standards.

Requirements

Education

• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) rating

Experience

• Experience in multi-engine and instrument flying
