Job Description

The Command and Control Center Specialist will play a critical role in coordinating close air support missions, ensuring effective communication between ground troops and air units. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced systems for operations coordination, including JADOCS and DCASS.
• Manage and supervise joint targeting efforts during missions.
• Establish effective communication protocols for real-time updates.
• Oversee compliance with operational directives and mission objectives.
• Conduct scenario-based training exercises for military personnel.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Defence Studies or related field
• Post-graduate qualifications in Military Operations preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tactical operations or similar role
