Job Description

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our Port Elizabeth team. In this role, you will work on a range of infrastructure projects, from conceptual design to execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in civil engineering and have a passion for creating sustainable solutions that enhance community infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee construction projects in accordance with established standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define project requirements.
• Prepare and review technical reports and documentation.
• Evaluate and provide solutions to site challenges as they arise.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Civil 3D

• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
