Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and oversee multiple projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will liaise with clients, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement project strategies in line with company objectives.
• Assess resource needs and allocate resources efficiently.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Oversee financial aspects of projects and ensure budgetary compliance.
• Encourage and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure all project requirements are met before project closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
• Analyze project outcomes and suggest improvements for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects successfully

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
