Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to manage and improve our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of healthcare regulations and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will play a vital role in optimizing patient care and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of electronic health records systems.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for patient billing and reimbursement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage patient data security and confidentiality.
  • Conduct staff training on new healthcare regulations.
  • Engage with the community to promote healthcare services offered.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for various departments within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration
  • Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years or more in a healthcare management position
