We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Cape Town location. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading teams, managing budgets, and enhancing guest experiences while maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage inventory and procurement processes efficiently.
• Prepare reports for senior management on operational and financial metrics.

• Implement training programs aimed at professional development.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices to enhance operations.
• Assist with events and group bookings to maximize hotel utilization.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in all operational aspects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management
• Hospitality-related certification preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of operational management experience in hospitality
