Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest level of hospitality for all guests.
  • Implement and monitor standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote hotel services and increase occupancy rates.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on hotel operations and staff performance.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to keep teams informed and motivated.
  • Participate in community events to enhance hotel visibility.
  • Evaluate and improve customer service processes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Leadership Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate staff.
  • Budget Management Expertise in overseeing budgets and financial forecasting.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for guest interactions.
  • Problem-solving Ability to think quickly and resolve guest and staff issues.
  • Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Experience with Hotel Management Software: Familiarity with software systems used for hotel operations such as PMS and booking engines.
  • Fluency in additional languages: Additional language skills could enhance guest relations and service.
