Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience. Your main focus will be on guest satisfaction, staff management, and achieving financial targets while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest level of hospitality for all guests.
  • Implement and monitor standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote hotel services and increase occupancy rates.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on hotel operations and staff performance.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to keep teams informed and motivated.
  • Participate in community events to enhance hotel visibility.
  • Evaluate and improve customer service processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management
