Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter to enhance our production capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and precision in the glass cutting process, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor glass cutting machines to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise with machinery during operations.
• Keep detailed records of production and maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor junior operators in safe and effective glass cutting techniques.
• Evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in glass cutting or manufacturing technology is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in glass cutting or a similar role within the construction industry.

Languages

Advantageous

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the glass industry: Knowledge of compliance standards for glass operations is a plus.
