• Set up and monitor glass cutting machines to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise with machinery during operations.
• Keep detailed records of production and maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor junior operators in safe and effective glass cutting techniques.
• Evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in glass cutting or manufacturing technology is preferred
• Glass Cutting Techniques Skilled in various glass cutting techniques and machinery.
• Technical Drawing Interpretation Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Heavy Machinery Operation Experienced in operating glass cutting machinery safely and effectively.
• Attention to Detail Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision in work.
• Team Collaboration Capable of working effectively within a team environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills Proficient in identifying and resolving challenges in a timely manner.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in installing and fitting glass into windows: Hands-on experience in fitting glass into frames is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of different glass types and their properties: Understanding of various glass materials and their applications.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the glass industry: Knowledge of compliance standards for glass operations is a plus.

• Monthly salary range ZAR 10,000 - ZAR 15,000.
