We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to enhance our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving industrial processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. Your expertise in process optimization and lean methodologies will be essential in driving our projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes for operational improvements.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
• Implement new technologies to streamline operations.
• Create process flow charts and documentation for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure product specifications are met.
• Drive projects aimed at waste reduction and energy efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Prepare budget forecasts related to engineering changes and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• MBA or similar qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering roles
