Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Auditor based in Port Elizabeth to evaluate financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate findings effectively to clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute audits from planning to completion, including reporting.
• Review and analyze the financial statements of clients.
• Advise clients on best practices for financial reporting.
• Facilitate communication between clients and regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated with the latest auditing standards and regulations.
• Provide innovative solutions to improve financial processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in auditing, tax, or advisory services

Certifications

• Chartered Accountants of South Africa (CA(SA))
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with tax regulations: Knowledge of current tax laws and regulations in South Africa.
