Job Description

As an Industrial Production Manager, you will oversee the production process, ensure that production runs to schedule, and manage staff effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules.
• Monitor production quality and troubleshoot any issues.
• Train new staff on production procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Establish effective communication channels within teams.
• Handle any administrative tasks related to production management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management or Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
