Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Broker to join our vibrant property management team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the real estate market dynamics and have a track record of facilitating successful property transactions. This role involves managing a diverse property portfolio and building strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for property management to ensure profitability and tenant satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline property management processes.
  • Track and update property listings, ensuring accurate information is available for prospective tenants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Attend industry networking events to build connections and expand market presence.
  • Manage advertising campaigns for property listings, optimizing for target demographics.
  • Establish maintenance schedules to keep properties in top condition and meet tenant needs.
  • Evaluate tenant applications, conducting background checks and interviews as necessary.
  • Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification in Property Management is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in property management or sales
