Job Description

We are looking for a qualified General Practitioner to provide exceptional healthcare services in Cape Town. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of health issues, working closely with patients to develop personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions, ensuring ethical practice.
  • Advise on preventive healthcare measures and lifestyle changes.
  • Coordinate with specialists when necessary for patient referrals.
  • Participate in the development of community health initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Be available for after-hours patient care as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up consultations and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in the healthcare system.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent degree in medicine
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of practice experience in a family medicine or general practitioner role
