Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operators and Tenders

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operator who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the tire fabric impregnating range. The ideal candidate should ensure optimal performance of the machinery and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the tire fabric impregnating range machinery.
• Ensure the correct mix of materials for each batch is achieved.
• Adjust machine settings to attain desired results based on production requirements.
• Perform quality checks on all finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Report any defects or issues to the Production Manager.
• Follow all safety and health regulations in the workplace.
• Support the implementation of process improvements.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure standards are upheld.
• Participate in training sessions and safety briefings.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Textile Engineering is preferred

Experience

• Experience with tire fabric impregnating ranges is a plus.
