The Claims Adjuster, Examiner, and Investigator will be responsible for reviewing and investigating liability claims. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and experience in managing insurance claims effectively.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage a portfolio of claims to ensure fair processing.
Conduct field investigations when necessary to gather evidence.
Prepare and present findings to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external partners for information.
Monitor ongoing claims proceedings and intervene when needed.
Review claims files and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Participate in audits and compliance reviews as required.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting claims handling.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or related field
Professional certifications such as SCLA or similar are preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in claims examination or similar role
