Responsibilities

  • Create conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to execute designs.
  • Ensure designs meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications.
  • Participate in community engagement discussions regarding projects.
  • Estimate project costs and develop budgets.
  • Monitor and review construction work to ensure it aligns with designs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff and interns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Master's degree in Architecture preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in architecture
