Responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in production systems.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop prototypes for new processes.
• Implement process controls and monitoring systems.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on production issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for process changes and improvements.
• Coordinate with project management on engineering design developments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Lead projects focusing on efficiency gains and cost reductions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related role

• Simulation Software

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
