Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various IT issues. You will assist in maintaining our systems and ensuring all users are equipped with the necessary IT resources.

Responsibilities

  • Offer exceptional customer service while addressing IT support requests.
  • Document and track user issues in the help desk system.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
  • Participate in projects to enhance IT infrastructure.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain systems to ensure uptime.
  • Support users in remote and onsite settings.

Requirements

Education
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent
  • Relevant IT certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in a technical support role
