UX Designer

Job Description

The UX Designer will be responsible for designing user experiences that delight our users while achieving business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and create engaging digital experiences. We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio highlighting best practices in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user feedback and analytics to refine design solutions.
• Collaborate on visual design components, ensuring alignment with user experience goals.
• Document design processes and maintain organized design files.
• Actively participate in design critiques to enhance team outputs.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for approval.
• Leverage and define design metrics to assess the effectiveness of designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or a related field
• Additional certifications in UX/UI design are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Languages
