Bookkeeper

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our talented finance team at Dynamic Finances. The ideal candidate will have experience managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and executing the monthly close process. This role requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to finance management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and procedures.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
• Assist with payroll processing as needed.
• Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with auditors during annual audits.
• Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify and implement improvements in bookkeeping processes.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Certifications in bookkeeping preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles

Languages
