Bookkeeper

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our talented finance team at Dynamic Finances. The ideal candidate will have experience managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and executing the monthly close process. This role requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to finance management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely data entry for all financial transactions.
• Assist with cash flow management and forecasting.
• Prepare and present monthly financial summaries to management.
• Assist in developing and maintaining efficient bookkeeping systems.
• Monitor financial records for accuracy.
• Train junior bookkeeping staff as needed.
• Coordinate closely with tax advisors for compliance.
• Ensure maintain accurate records of inventory costs.
• Report and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives from a financial lens.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Certifications in bookkeeping preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
