Job Description

We are looking for a Complaint Inspector who will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and the ability to work closely with various departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the investigation of customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Liaise with customers to gather information necessary for complaint resolution.
  • Document complaint history and track resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to relay customer feedback.
  • Identify trends in customer complaints and report to management for action.
  • Design and implement strategies for improving customer service.
  • Conduct training for staff on customer service excellence.
  • Monitor customer feedback across multiple platforms and provide insights.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.
  • Assist in developing customer service training materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher education qualification in a related field
