Job Description

As an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring adhesive bonding machines in our textile manufacturing facility. Your role is crucial in ensuring the production process runs smoothly while maintaining high-quality standards for our products.

Responsibilities

• Setup and adjust adhesive bonding machines based on production requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to prevent downtime.
• Prepare work materials as per the production schedule.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in inventory management of materials and tools.
• Maintain documentation related to machine operations and maintenance.
• Engage in problem-solving with team members to enhance workflow.
• Report any incidents or near misses to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Experience

• Experience in operating textile machinery is advantageous
