Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, as you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to company policies.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and offer tailored solutions.
  • Prepare reports to track customer service performance metrics.
  • Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Be prepared to handle high volumes of calls or inquiries during peak times.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Advanced diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or support roles
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with call center technology
Soft Skills
  • Empathy
  • Time management skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

  • Experience with customer satisfaction surveys: Familiarity with gathering and analyzing customer feedback for service improvement.
