We are looking for a highly skilled Artificial Breast Fabrication Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing the production and quality control processes of artificial breasts, ensuring that products meet industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead production staff and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance protocols.
• Optimize production workflows to enhance productivity.
• Train team members on production techniques and safety standards.
• Evaluate machinery efficiency and coordinate maintenance as necessary.
• Develop and implement training programs for new staff.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Industrial Design
• Master's degree is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supervisory roles within the medical device industry.
