Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and an ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You'll be instrumental in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic patient conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health histories and physical examinations.
• Advocate for patient needs and effectively communicate with families.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in patient records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Fluency in Afrikaans: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans is an advantage.
