Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Training and Development Officer to enhance our training programs in Johannesburg. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating training needs, developing training materials, and delivering engaging training sessions. Your expertise will be fundamental in equipping employees with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Create a training calendar and schedule training sessions.
  • Administer training assessments to measure participant knowledge and skills.
  • Act as a mentor to employees seeking to advance their careers.
  • Participate in strategic planning for employee development programs.
  • Implement training feedback mechanisms to gather participant insights.
  • Promote the importance of learning and development across all levels.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Education
  • Postgraduate diploma in Training and Development is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate training

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
